In the morning of Dec. 15th, the National Hair Products CSBTS are held in the conference room on the third floor of CSBQTS in Xuchang. About 300 people attend the conference, including the leaders in charge of standardization work of municipal level and county level Quality Supervision Departments and some principals from hair products enterprises. Meeting conducted by Sun Yinhui, the director of standardization Bureau of Henan Quality and Technical Supervision, and speech delivered by Song Deyi, the Secretary-General of Xuchang municipal government.

      In the meeting, Sun Yinhui read off the transition statement of National Hair Products CSBTS. The committee of this session consists of 36 members. Zhang Guangrong,the President of China Light Industry Federation and Daily groceries Association is appointed as chairman. Zheng Youquan,the Chairman of Henan Rebecca co., LTD, Chen Yulan,the chairman of Qingdao Hair Group Co., LTD, and Hua Mingli,the director of State Hair Products and Hair Care Articles Testing Center are approved as Vice-Chairmen; Zhang Kaitian, the minister of Standardized Management Department in Henan Rebecca co., LTD, is approved as Chairman and Secretary-General; Besides,the five people, Zhanbo, the vice-President of Qingdao Hair Group Co., LTD; Xiao Zhuoling, the Secretary-General of China Light Industry Federation and Daily Groceries Association; Chen Weizhe,the chairman of CSBQTS Testing Center in Xuchang; Wang xixiang, the chairman of Xuchang Hair Production Association and Wang Fenrong, the chairman of Import & Export Association of China Light Industrial Crafts work as Chairman and Vice Secretary-General.
