In the morning of Dec 5th,the city government and Xuchang University signed a strategic cooperation agreement In no. 3 floor conference room.Under the witness of  the provincial education department director Zhu qingmeng, municipal party committee leadership Wang shushan、Zhang guohui、Shen wuzhuang 、Guo yuanjun、Wang wenjie，《strategic cooperation agreement》signed between City Government and Xuchang University, The two sides will actively carry out the college, cooperation between colleges and optimizes the combination of resources, promote scientific and technological innovation ability.      According to the agreement,Xuchang University will providing flexible running system  on the base of law school and havelong-term cooperation with Rebecca in personnel training , product development,staff training, social services and so on.

    As Party A, Xuchang university invest Rebecca exhibition hall for Rebecca college, Rebecca company as party B ,support the design of exhibition hall and technical guidance, supply hair product for show and sale.To strengthen the construction of teachers, party A shall employ party B's professional and technical person as priority to part-time teacher.In the recruitment,under the same conditions preferential admit party B qualified technical staff(According to the national admissions files).Taking their own advantages,Party A help party B to make marketing, brand promotion and enterprise culture construction, etc.According to the needs of party B, Party A will train professional and technical personnel, and help party B to research and project development.Party A have the duty to promote Party B to the graduates of Rebecca College  and meet the needs of party B for talents.
